MVMC provides mediation services for pending Small Claims cases in advance the court date. Parties can meet virtually via Zoom or in our private, centrally located, and comfortable office in Vineyard Haven and work with mediators. Participants find this avoids the stress and inconvenience of going to court.

MVMC waives its fees for cases with an active docket number.
